We focus on mature companies over five years old with a minimum of $750k in revenue and a proven track record of of renewal business with a team and a proven track record of at least 5 years. We prioritize businesses that deliver solutions to their customers, ensuring growth, resilience and sustainability in various economic conditions.
Leveraging our expertise in marketing and systems, we aim to elevate these companies from an SDE valuation model to an EBITDA-based model, unlocking their full potential and enhancing their overall market value.

Dr. Daniel Scodeller is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive expertise in real estate, particularly in commercial and industrial sectors. Leveraging deep experience in property management and strategic investment, Dr. Scodeller has successfully owned, operated, and managed self-storage facilities, multifamily properties, and notably specialized in industrial real estate assets.
In addition to his robust real estate portfolio, Dr. Scodeller began his entrepreneurial journey early, earning a Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the age of 24 and subsequently launching a multidisciplinary medical practice. Under his strategic leadership, the practice quickly scaled, serving over 1,000 patients and managing a professional team of five, leading to a profitable exit by age 32.
Dr. Scodeller’s proven track record extends beyond healthcare, demonstrating significant capabilities in identifying, acquiring, and optimizing real estate investments. His hands-on approach and insightful management have consistently maximized asset performance and investor returns. As an innovative leader, Dr. Scodeller has also successfully bootstrapped four ventures across various industries, reflecting his versatility and entrepreneurial vision. Additionally, his tenure as a physician at the prestigious US Open of Surfing for four years highlights his ongoing dedication to excellence and elite-level service.
Today, Dr. Scodeller remains deeply engaged in acquisitions, continuously pursuing opportunities that leverage his extensive industry knowledge, especially in the acquisition, management, and development.
