At Allomada LLC, our mission is to identify, acquire, and nurture businesses in the Business Services, Essential Homes Services, Health Care, and Information Technology sectors (B2B and B2C) that demonstrate strong and stable cash flows.

We focus on mature companies over five years old with a minimum of $750k in revenue and a proven track record of of renewal business with a team and a proven track record of at least 5 years. We prioritize businesses that deliver solutions to their customers, ensuring growth, resilience and sustainability in various economic conditions.

Leveraging our expertise in marketing and systems, we aim to elevate these companies from an SDE valuation model to an EBITDA-based model, unlocking their full potential and enhancing their overall market value.  

We acquire simple but needed businesses that we can grow using our marketing resources, software, and systems.

Dr. Daniel Scodeller

Dr. Daniel Scodeller is a seasoned entrepreneur and healthcare professional with a diverse portfolio of accomplishments. At just 24 years old, Dr. Scodeller earned a Doctor of Chiropractic degree and launched a career marked by innovation and leadership. By 25, Dr. Scodeller successfully started and scaled a highly profitable multidisciplinary medical practice, which grew under Dr. Scodeller's management to serve over 1,000 patients and employ a team of five. This venture culminated in a profitable exit at the age of 32.

In addition to healthcare, Dr. Scodeller has demonstrated expertise in real estate, owning and operating self-storage and multifamily assets while managing all aspects of property management and investment. A visionary in start-ups, Dr. Scodeller has bootstrapped four successful ventures across various industries.

Dr. Scodeller also served as a physician for the prestigious US Open of Surfing for four years, exemplifying a commitment to elite-level patient care. With a proven track record in business scaling, property management, and healthcare operations, Dr. Scodeller continues to thrive as a dynamic leader and innovator.
